Meet the Founder

Jason Quiara | Founder & President

Jason is the President at ClearImpact Advisors and brings 22 years of experience in the social sector as a policy advocate, consultant, and grantmaker. His areas of expertise include philanthropy, business strategy, non-profit management, public policy, and public-private partnerships.

At The Joyce Foundation, Jason designed Joyce’s Pathways to College & Careers portfolio, managed ~$25M in grants focused on college and career success for young people in the Midwest region, and helped to launch the Chicago Roadmap—a partnership between Chicago Public Schools and City Colleges of Chicago to increase postsecondary attainment in Chicago. Prior to Joyce, Jason led initiatives at Jobs for the Future (JFF) and the New England Board of Higher Education to strengthen state policies and systems across K-12 education, higher education, and workforce sectors. He also served as the Chief Strategy & Partnerships at ConnectED: The National Center for College and Career.

Jason holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he was awarded the merit-based Neubauer Civic Scholarship. He also holds a master’s degree in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College. 

Jason serves on the Chicago State University Board of Trustees and as a board member for various nonprofits—including as Board Chair for New Moms.
